Black in Hollywood is John Singleton, Denzel Washington, and Issa Rae. These producers have put the culture on the map. John Singleton was only 24 (1991) when he produced Boyz in da Hood, he was nominated for Academy Awards for best producer. Denzel has been a heart throb since he hit the scene in 1981.
